Hmmm, surprising that we do not have an update for this building, there is construction!

I have just been checking the latest Google Earth imagery from Lagos (December 2018) and unless someone has bought out this lot and decided to build something else entirely (big stretch)

It seems that this building is at least 5 floors up.

No Cuddle is U/C to the left of No 4 Bourdillon. They are so close together so it seems like I was updating that project.
