So it is the Civic Towers (To be built), Civic Centre, Marriot (To be built) and then the Twin Towers (To be built)

That is how it reads from West-East

After that we are out of room for development on that stretch, unless somebody reclaims something

Yes, that piece of land in Ozumba Mbadiwe/Lekki road stretches from Caverton Helicopters to Oriental Hotel. I guess thats the new Marina or high street of Lagos Mega City.

However, just after the Admiralty toll gate on your way to Lekki (on your left side), there is still more waterfront land for development...thats between the toll gate and Lekki phase 1 roundabout. Its still a virgin water front land and a little more reclaiming will turn that stretch too into another piece of choice land.

The Lagos Marriott Hotel will have only 200 rooms? At some point in the future, Lagos will be wanting even larger hotels than this. And the Marriott chain will probably want to manage an even larger hotel and the one they're building now will end up going to a smaller and lesser chain.

There are a lot more hotels scheduled to be built around Lagos, so the numbers will really be spread out.

Nigeria still has some of the largest hotels in the whole of Africa anyway. This same Marriot will have more facilities coming out all around Nigeria, not to talk of the Hiltons, Four Seasons etc, park inns, Radissons etc

Hotel growth in Lagos and Nigeria is not slowing down any time soon. There is A LOT in the pipeline.
