Lagos' New Waste Management System (and Eco Park)

This looks like a private corporation that bids on public / private waste disposal.
Since the state already has Lagos Waste Management Authority, most likely they will be bidding to collect waste from estates and business than public streets.
Unless LWMA starts handing out contracts.
**Side note: wasnt waste management (ipo) going to build a facility in Lagos? what happened to that?

LAWMA is now a strictly regulatory body (and no longer an operator), pursuant to the Lagos Environmental Protection and Management Law enacted early in the year.This looks like a private corporation that bids on public / private waste disposal.
