In Biñan, Laguna, Ayala Land unfolds a highly progressive and contemporary mixed-use community that spurs new ways of living and working. As the Innovation District of the South, Broadfield is just a few minutes from CALAX and SLEX, as well as future road infrastructure projects that ensure heightened connectivity to and from the development. Only a 15-minute drive from NUVALI, it is accessible from key CBDs in Metro Manila and industrial and IT parks within the Southern Luzon growth region.

Broadfield expands possibilities for innovative lifestyles and enterprises. Spanning 80 hectares, the development zooms in on urban efficiency with people at its core: pedestrian-friendly road networks that make destinations within walkable and safe, parks and open spaces creating pockets of activity and interaction, and basic smart city features and transport systems that help run the district smoothly and sustainably.

^^ siguro wag muna i allow sa mga malls sa santa rosa na pumasok ang mga galing sa kapitbahay natin na silang cavite,biñan at cabuyao as well as other cities & towns in calabarzon.beneficial yun on both sides..(if mai-declare ang GCQ dito sa calabarzon from ECQ)
