^^ Wouold it be financially viable to build something like that in Hyderabad or Bangalore or Chennai ? I mean no disrespect, but in a place like Mumbai, where space is worth gold, we still don't see anything upwards of 400 m.

It'll be a very good thing if it happens, but i personally feel that the developers will drop it because they will incur losses if they attempt anything like this.

What rubbish. There are dozens, if not hundreds of projects across the country that have lived up to their renderings, with some turning out even better.
