Say goodbye to one of the pioneer in LP's mall. Kaya pala barricaded na ito..
Street View and Google Earth's aerial show it was being demolished a year ago.

A year and a half after this thread was created, no updates.

This doesn't seem to be getting some TLC from southerners, I wonder why.
Sobrang tagal natapos yung demolition, part by part. Not sure why. Dahil ba sa tibay ng building? (Sorry. No idea about construction) Ang isa pang balita dito ay hindi na daw tuloy yung Cosco. Something related sa Villars. Wala pang updates ngayon.

1st Quarter of 2019 lang talaga nademolished yung mga natirang walls.

COSCO (Puregold) is pushing through.

Real estate profits expand amid new commercial properties. COSCO’s real estate business booked profits of Php313Mil, up 10.2% y/y. 1Q19 results are in line with our estimates at 26.9% of full-year forecast. Earnings growth was fueled by a 5.4% growth in revenues and better margins from higher rental rates.

COSCO opened one new community mall in 1Q19, bringing commercial buildings operated to 33. This new mall is located in Aurora, and two
more ongoing developments are scheduled to open in Negros Oriental by 4Q19 and Las Pinas by the first quarter of 2021.

Baka gusto lang nila ng isapang All Home branch sa area na yan since di pa daw enough yung nasa Old Starmall that's now the Vistamall Las Piñas na gulogulo ang layout ng All Home and All Home Appliances nila dun.

Diskartehin muna ni Villar yung All Home All Day nya, di tinatao

Ayaw daw bigyan ng permit ng LGU. Target completion nila is 2021, 2023 na ngayon.

Biruin mo, yung All Day Supermarket kalapit nyang dating RFC nagmistulang convenience store dahil open sya 24/7, konti pa rin ang namimili.
