well if you look at the pic of the bed being down, all the shelf and its stuff are now on the floor under the bed.... i am sure most of it would have fallen on tis journey.that shelf above the sofa... is it on a pivot so that it stays horizontal while you pull the murphy bed down or do you have to take all your sh*t off the shelf and replace it on the ground?
Unfortunately at around R800k (for the CPT one at least) these are not poor people apartments either....As I said in my opening post I think it is bullshit I stead of staying tiny poor person apartment
Its very simple..Sigh... I'm getting really tired of this trend in all SA cities of only building apartments for the top 10% or so. Where are the mass cheap apartments you see in Asian cities?
Or even in Luanda and Dar es Salaam. They're not pretty but much better than SA shacks and cheaper and more efficienent to build en masse than the single story RDP houses.
