LIMA- The Financial Center of San Isidro Windward Tower, the first green building to be located at Av. Republic of Panama will be built near the intersection with Av. Canaval and Moreyra.
Company C and J Echeverría Izquierdo SAC reported that the tower will have 32 floors, 29 of which will be technical offices and two floors.
In this regard, Jaime Rodriguez, president of the company, announced that work will begin in late October and that the construction will require an investment of $ 25 million.
He explained that the project includes the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design), which is based on the incorporation of aspects of energy efficiency.
He said it also incorporates environmental quality inside, efficiency in the consumption of water and material selection, resulting in an economic benefit to future owners.
