I saw this kahapon. Malaki ang lupa ng S&R sa lipa. I guess even bigger than that of S&R Sta. Rosa. Maluwang din ang frontage. Ang concern lang dito ay ang grabeng congestion sa area.

yes, road widening done is not enough.. what S&R can do is further setback, for additional lane abutting the road, spanning at least the whole frontage of the property.

Full blast ang construction sa site ng S&R Lipa... May mga heavy equipment na sa loob...Based sa observation ko mula sa labas.. Nasimulan na nila ang concrete foundation ng warehouse...

Full swing na ang construction. Todo bakod na din ang perimeter ng site with S&R theme color. Tarp na lang ang kulang, o baka meron na di ko lang nakita nong dumaan ako.

As usual, napaka traffic sa area. Pano pa kaya pag nagbukas na ang S&R.

S&R Lipa Update:

Erected na ang main steel frames ng warehouse as seen outside the construction site. Nasilip ko yung loob at may cement foundations na din na nailatag.

With that kind of pace, I think before Xmas eh magbubuksan na ito.

Padre Garcia - Lipa Road Update:

Dumaan ako kahapon sa Brgy Talisay, going to Alaminos. Pag daan ko sa rotonda/junction, napansin ko na tapos na yung road linking Garcia-Lipa Road to Alaminos-Lipa road. Hindi pa nga lang nadadaanan. Anybody who can share the progress ng nasabing road sa looban?


Update on S&R Lipa:

Ang bilis, May bubong na yung warehouse! May activity na din sa parking area - grading/compacting. Tingin ko Oct tapos na yan. Sana!
