Great work SE9 and the rest of the guys who contribute. Much appreciated:)

Some of these projects look amazing and really exciting. Do you guys think a lot of them will be built in the next 10 years? I hope a good few get built. London will have a new look come 2030.

Truly remarkable work there, SE9. Thanks a lot to you and others (notably Core Rising) for getting this done and bringing many schemes up to date.

There are some others of note that should/could also be included, one of which 64-74 Mark Lane, is I believe under construction.

None of these are particularly tall and would fit into the others (under 100m) category, but they are significant if/when they go ahead;

60-70 St Mary Axe (Can of Ham) by Foggo Associates at 90m.
Quill (Southwark - 28 floors
London Wall Place (this will start when demand picks up) by Make
Mitre Square by Sheppard Robson
64-74 Mark Lane at 63m and 17 fl by Bennett Associates
St Mary’s Tower, E&C at 133 m (approved)
Crown House, 145 City Road at 152m
Ludgate development - demolition complete
Portland House makeover (David Chipperfield)

London Wall Place

City Road

Ludgate
Great stuff SE9, thank you.

I think your £1bn cut-off also allows both Canada Water as a regeneration area and London Bridge as a transport project (though arguably that's included in Thameslink).
You're right. Canada Water is a £4bn regeneration, deserves its own thread really but it's your call. I've added it to the list.
