It's proposed for CW. They don't really need to be intricately designed like 122 Leadenhall or The Shard to make an impact. If built they should add a lot to the areas skyline.

Arrowhead Quay is now known as the Wardian: http://www.wardianlondon.com/

Wardian London

Meeting the growing demand for residential property in the Docklands business district, Wardian London comprise two new luxury residential towers of fifty and fifty-five storeys just south of Canary Wharf. In addition to high-end apartments, notable for innovative use of outdoor space right to the highest level, the towers will also include retail, leisure and café facilities and a new, landscaped public plaza.

Wardian London offers a sense of escape,an opportunity for tranquillity while you remain connected to the thriving city. The dramatic environment is a unique mixture of physical and natural space, with an abundant planting of more than a hundred different species of plants and flowers.

This prime, previously undeveloped location looks over South Dock towards Canary Wharf, which is itself just a three-minute walk away
