Yes, it is São Paulo. In the front you see Vila Olímpia neighbourhood, the low-rise area is Jardins and in the background you see Cerqueira César.

That's the type of city who's scale is too big for me, overwhelming, much more impressive then Hong kong I think, even if the highrise's are really small in comparison
