Per Urbanize, the Consolidated Rental Car Facility is making headway, with four tower cranes on site.

Not exactly groundbreaking architecture, but not awful for what's essentially a parking garage the size of a neighborhood. I think the CONRAC is a pretty underrated part of the landside access puzzle; eliminating the patchwork of rental lots in the LAX/Westchester area and eliminating the endless stream of shuttle buses in the central terminal area could relieve the traffic burden as much as the people mover connection to the C Line will.
...and the employee shuttles which also run 24/7. The project also includes ITF WEST, or the 3rd stop after the CONRAC and C Metro Line. They are building a multi level parking structure for employees...which now park in scattered lots, SOUTH LOT, EAST LOT and WEST LOT. Plus the Green Line shuttle.
