Nope. Majority of the space is home offices for the Zirmed pharmaceutical company. There were plans for a few condos in there somewhere, but I really don't know that it ended up happening.

I thought it looked better in the renderings. The blue glass is a nice touch, but it's not fully interactive with the street and has that horrid concrete finish.

I like the harsh concrete... but I fear it won't stand the test of time. Soul's right though, the exterior isn't finished. There is sort of a second phase of the project next to the towers to the east, I think. Maybe I'm misremembering what I've read though. Too lazy to go digging up articles.

Actually, Zirmed is a medical billing company.

Hmm. Had my companies mixed up then, I do suppose. All I really know is I'm glad they constructed a nice new building that's actually west of 4th street.
