anyone knows why world one not rising? It has really slowed down

Perhaps they're trying to finish off World Crest first.

^^There have been a lot of concerns lately regarding the progress of World One, but if one looks closely in the recent photographs; the core is not rising, but the wings are. Since there's an element of "stitching together" the three wings of varying heights to a single core, we are seeing a "delay"; which albeit, is only a temporary one till structural security is reached.
