LRT/MONORAIL/MRT Train Announcements and Signage at the station.

IMHO our train announcement should be clear and use the proper voice. recently the new KJ line train announcement not so good compare to the previous one. the best train announcement so far is in the KLIA transit and KLIA express. The voice is clear and the pronouncation was good. Why lrt and monorail cant implement the good one...

The signages at the stations also need to change because the one that using now looks so bad.

What specific signages are not enough at the LRT/Monorail stations?
Signages with local neighbourhood maps?
Signages with routes maps of RapidKL buses serving the station?
Signages with directions to platforms and its destination?
Dynamic signages at platform with updated times of next coming trains?

Why we like to use weird funny font in our supposedly official setting?
Just look at the "PETA" wording, why pink background + funny font + seems compressed wording? :bash: Everything A4 pasted as if it's a low-budget kid's school assignment :(

Hoping for SPAD enforcing standardization not only signage, but also ticketing system, announcement (using same voice, standard text arrangement), advertisement, station public amenities for all public transport....
bus stop in Malaysia only got commercial

That is because the agency is unable to shake off its inherited government decor mentality. If you go to any of the government offices you will come across similar style notice board.

already send feedback suggestion to rapidkl. but no action taken. so sad
Seriously SPAD need to get serious and sort things out before the new extensions opens, cause if they can actually sort these things out before the grand opening, tourist would be slightly more happy to ride the "looking 80's" MRT to the KLCC ,or batu Cave even. (Seriously the trains need a little makeover to be a little modern, at this rate it looked like it's going to scrap soon even though it's still a long way till there...)

You should checkout the LRT service status TV display at the Ampang Park station also. Too much clutter, like it's taken out of some powerpoint slide made by school children.

The design language should always follow this principle, K-I-S-S. (Keep it simple S). Have sent so many e-mails and feedbacks for how many years and still nothing.

And they have this terrible silo mentality thingy going. If you notice that at the HSBC Masjid Jamek side, they only put station name for the AG Line and no mention of KJ line at all. Should have treat it as a single station with 4 platforms running 2 services instead of two separate stations that was forced to have a shared space somewhere.

And talking about bus services, it's sad that most of the LRT stations do not yet have the bus arrival countdown display.

Some of maps of the public transport network is outdated, more so in Ampang Line stations.

SPAD should also strictly enforce the application of line numbering which only seen in rare instances i.e 'Laluan 3,4,5,8' in some LRT stations. They should compel KTM to include 'Laluan 1' and Laluan 2' in their own signs.

prasarana is really incapable of doing this job, should fire everyone and start over again.
