the announcement inside the monorail are weird, really irritating

especially the Bahasa Melayu annoucement... it's terrible, "Pertukaran ke Ampang Line dan Sri Petaling Line, Terima Kasih'... there's no word 'Line' in Bahasa Melayu....:bash: suppose to be 'Aliran Ampang dan Aliran Sri Petaling'....


anyway, for the KJ line, they use yasmin yussuf's voice for the annoucement...

i believe that the rapidkl pole were in placed after the fence were installed, if not mistaken, batu caves area was in zone 3 for the rapidkl buses, together with wangsa maju and ampang, I still remember, the rapidkl bus signage/pole were install by prasarana early this year, especially in ampang area that time.....

so I think, we already know, to who we should put the blame for,... :lol:

what to do now bro... even the chairman of SPAD also i think didnt take a public transport to go to his office daily ... i still remember his decision (syed hamid albar) whereby he suggest to move all the operators in puduraya (Northern sector bus) to TBS-BTS ... for me, that was the most ridiculous idea ever from a person that were called a 'chairman'...... hno:...thank god, it never happen.. hno:

the announcements sounds profesionals and have a clear pronunciation compare to the previous announcements.... keep it up KTM...

the announcements inside monorail meanwhile, remain the worse :bash: hopefully the new coach would have a better and clear announcements...

Yes, a thumb up for KTM. But hopefully this will be permanent and CONSISTENT. No more this stop got announcement and the next stop no announcement or this train got announcement and next train got no announcement. No more faulty PA system and faulty speakers. No more today got announcement and next day no announcements. Or the volume suddenly too loud or suddenly too soft. The quality consistency must be there/maintained permanently at all time.

all of those elements that you stated, always happen in in ampang line train, hno: sometime got, sometime no, even if got announcements, it will be made by the driver, but that were based on the driver's mood, if want to make announcements, then the driver will do, if not, the train just passing by the station only without any announcements... hno:

i know rapidkl soon will replace all of those Adtranz train, but bear in mind, that some of handicapped people (deaf people) sometimes rely on the announcements inside the train...hno:

by the way, the Adtranz train are getting decay day to day, hopefully the replacement of the old train can be done ASAP...hno:

just saw it last 2 week in wangsa maju,it went for a testing i think, with a big banner on it's door shows 'Dilarang Masuk, tren ini sedang menjalani proses ujian'

the interior look exactly the same with the current 4-car... except for the livery/exterior, whereby it has a much bigger rapidkl logo on the front....
