Main Contractors in London
Hi,
I have worked as a quantity surveyor in London for a while. One of the my functions was checking valuations from subcontractors but no one controlled me or checked my decisions.
Do main contractors check thoroughly what they are paying?
Do main contractors know what exactly they are paying ?
Or are they assuming that generally invoices from Subcontracts are ok ?
