^^ i like the boxes though. when we look back on their portfolio, it will be their signature. SMDC = Box = residential bldg.

We may coin it in the future as... Q: Where do you live? A: I live at the box called shell, just across the box called sea. :lol:

I think its their preferred design. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I'm sure they have a plan. Maybe they want the residential condos to look similar but jazz it up with their business buildings.

If I was an investor why would I choose Shell over Sea right now? They look the same at almost similar location.
I guess we'll find out why when they release more details about Shell.

Well at least we know SM saves money on designers and architects. What are they thinking?
It's ok if they transfer the savings to their clients, resulting in cheaper units. Do they?

It looks like Sofitel Phil. Plaza. Wind Residences in Tagaytay is much better compared to Sea and Shell Residences.

I have both Sea and Shell Residences. Sea is obviously better. But buying Shell is because I had the early pick. I managed to reserve 4 units just about 10 minutes after the price was released. So I got 2 choicest units. For me it's about getting good units in a development. The price is secondary.

gaganda rin po yan pag marami na sila.. more buildings more fun po. super modern tignan ng sm complex kung makumpleto na hehe

ako magrerenta nalang muna ako,nag back out ako sa sea,i have to invest 10 million for my inasal franchise na kumikita ako ng 10-15k net daily,mga 350-420k net per mo.,napaisip ako,kung bibili ako ng 9 million unit(3br) sa mga prime locations kulang pa ang 10m ko,now im renting 35,000 a mo at eastwood 3 br din,for 5 years bibili nalang ako sa north triangle sm west which is 50 to 60 storeys building at may negosyo pa ako,aminin na natin 10 m lang talaga ang pera ko...kaya pinili ko ang negosyo kesa sa bahay na pag aari ko sana,but anyway,ang condo maganda lang naman pag first 5 years
