I think its their preferred design. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I'm sure they have a plan. Maybe they want the residential condos to look similar but jazz it up with their business buildings.
If I was an investor why would I choose Shell over Sea right now? They look the same at almost similar location.
I guess we'll find out why when they release more details about Shell.
I have both Sea and Shell Residences. Sea is obviously better. But buying Shell is because I had the early pick. I managed to reserve 4 units just about 10 minutes after the price was released. So I got 2 choicest units. For me it's about getting good units in a development. The price is secondary.
