All that greenery, down by the river, in the foreground!!! Love it...! Realise why parts of Salford (Broughton in this case) are a bit of a best kept secret!!Would urge anyone, not in the know, to have a look at some of the wonderful houses on Lower Broughton Rd and in the Cliff area...

I know it’s obvious to us due to the Mancunian Way just being visible, but you can clearly see where the city centre will eventually end and stop once all of the land is built on. Once the remaining empty plots of land are built on, mostly First Street, the city centre will stop dead along inner suburb of Hulme. It’s as good as drawing a dividing line from Deansgate Square (along the Mancunian Way) to Parkway Gate.

God bless the Lancaster House building! One of my favourite buildings in Manchester but so unappreciated, like many due to location. Imagine the love and praise this building would receive if it were located at the end of Deansgate or someone prominent standing alone within the city.
