Area seems ok. The problem is ginawang terminal ng tricycle ang sidewalk ang tapat ng pioneer heights mcdonalds side. Ganda pa naman ang side walk, its wide and newly built. This may change once the project is near completion or completion. I remember the area of Flair and Pines Peak used to have a tricycle terminal as well. I hope multicabs ply the streets of shaw to pioneer. much better alternative to overcharging tricycles. I don't think there are squatter colonies surrounding the area so I don't know where these tricycles come from.

Probably those tricycles come from the Pineda area.

I'd like to see multicabs plying the area as well. IMO, better if the route goes all the way from Boni-Maysilo area, then end at Shaw. Yung mga jeeps na dumadaan ngayon ng Pioneer na galing Boni, hanggang McDo lang sila then liko na ng Reliance pa-Sheridan.
