Well the building is actually named 'Cyber One', they just placed the Megaworld sign on top because the developer of Eastwood is Megaworld.

Well, that is not beyond the realm of possibility, GreyX. The site of the defunct Westmont Bank where the rendering of that tall building sits is vacant so one with money can just buy the site and develop it that way...
