Is this the final part in "robinsons own rockwell" type development?

No, it's one of the major "change in plans" for the complex. I'll explain later.
BTW, it looks like a major copycat of the Aeropolis 2 - New Manila.

This is the original "Gateway Place Residences"

Only tower one (the leftmost tower) is the only one left, the other towers (2, 3 and 4) are gone and are replaced by the North, South, East and West Towers of Gateway Garden Heights.

Well..... four of those would look pretty commie-block ish anyways:)

edit: I see it now. Right those. They're not any better. or worse. But it does change shapes, so that would be cool.

What? but why? the original plans of Gateway Place Residences towers 1, 2, 3 and 4 is much better than this!
Oh well, at least they are building one of them.

IMO the old gateway design, or four of them wouldn't look nice. but I'd like to find out what was Robinsons' decision for altering their plans.

I'm not sure if we have a thread for this already.. so if there is.. please merge it...

anyways.. I posted this because the past days as I pass thru the Boni-EDSA tunnel, I've been noticing construction on-going on that side of Robinsons... backhoes are digging along the Boni Ave side.. which I'm not sure if it is the same building or another... this is the nearest project of Robinsons on that side so I assume its part of it...
