Eto na yata ang pinakamurang condo sa area ksi ang developer wala masyadong adds.1.5 M for 20 sqm. ksama na ang misc. fees at semi furnish. Mas okay 2 sa vista land na 2019 pa ang turn over di pa sure kung matutuloy ang project.

California Garden Square agad?!? Hindi ba puwedeng Manhattan Garden City muna?

Kung makalait naman ang mga tao dito. Besides, the windows here are wayyy bigger than any of those aforementioned projects.

This project, by the way, is the closest condominium development to DMCI's Sheridan Towers, although this undoubtedly has a more prime location than Sheridan Towers.
