Description:
8 Alonzo Parksuites is a 49 storey condominium building with a total of 262 units and will stand sleekly at the heart of the Manila City’s center of commerce. The building is strategically located to provide residents easy access to the center of business networks.
The building has a unique façade design and is inspired by the number 8; curved accent ledges envelops the building to provide softness to its body. Another consideration for the design is to make it similar to Anchor Skysuites. The objective was to design the building which will complement the existing adjacent Anchor Land development. Similar to Anchor Skysuites, the 8 Alonzo Parksuites building configuration allows it to receive a generous amount of air and sunlight. The units were positioned to receive maximum ventilation.

The development features a 22 meter lap pool and kiddie pool integrated with the garden and landscape features. It has KTV rooms, fitness gym, play room and mahjong rooms for its indoor amenities. Its function room was located on the roof deck to have a 360 degrees view of the manila skyline and has a roof garden to complement the function room for added luxury.

Aside from this feature, residential floors from the 8th to 49th floors are wrapped with continuous curved ledges which give unique form and shape to the structure. They also act as a sun shading device that protects the units from the heat of the sun.

With all these exciting features, 8 Alonzo Parksuites, will definitely highlight Anchor Land Holding’s expertise in providing sensible and sustainable residential development.

High-end developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. has started the P4-billion construction of Eight Alonzo Parksuites, its newest upscale residential project in Binondo, Manila.

In a statement, the firm said the 49-storey residential property will become another landmark of the company as it stands sleekly at the heart of Manila’s Chinatown.

The project will have a total of 262 units ranging from one bedroom to four bedroom units. While the Anchor Land still has to price the units, sizes will be 55.7 square meters for the one bedroom unit, 78.5 sqm for two bedrooms, 95.2 sqm for three bedrooms, and 174.2 sqm for the four bedroom units.

“Eight Alonzo Parksuites was conceptualized for young Filipino-Chinese entrepreneurs who are just establishing their families and businesses in Binondo because of the great balance between its vibrant economy, and historical and cultural identity,” Anchor Land President Elizabeth Ventura said.

Yes, correct its cosmopolitan building, its application for demolishing permit is now on barangay approval level.
