Location: Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, Makati, Metro Manila

Height: 40 fl (194.6 meters), 25 fl
Purpose: Office and Hotel

Ayala Tower Three in the same triangle plot of land was supposed to be the tallest but there's still no word about it from them since the 1997 Asian financial crisis. I doubt it was ever a supertall though.

Just for comparison, this is Ayala Tower One (35 fl, 160m) designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in 1993 and completed in 1996:

^^from the looks of it, the retail area will most likely have luxury stores.

Anyway, glad to see a new home for the Mandarin Oriental. Its old building across the street doesn' suit the hotel brand anymore:
