It's along Barraca St., adjacent to (south) the Binondo Warehouse Depot office/warehouse skyscraper.

If it helps, Binondo Warehouse Depot, has an address of 399 Barraca St.

Finally, I found details about this project!

It's Bandong Tower, a 31-storey warehouse+residential condominium tower by Bandong Realty Development Group, Inc.

Took my new old/used/pre-loved-second-hand LG G5 for a spin.
