Megaworld bares P25-b projects

Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a unit of Megaworld Corp., is investing P25 billion over the next five years to to develop three major properties, including a 23-hectare Pasig factory, the Broadway Centrum in Quezon City and a lot in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Empire East president Anthony Charlemagne Yu said the company would acquire a 23-hectare idle factory in Pasig City and develop it into a mixed-use township project to be called Empire East City.

Probably along Magsaysay near corner V. Mapa. If youre coming from Manila, it will be on the right side just before V. Mapa. However, this is only based on an illustration I saw somewhere..

Nope, it's beside J&T Building.

Right smack between J&T Building and that row of patay-sindi :D kumukutikutitap "bars" of Stop 'n Shop na pag doon ka uminom eh aalukin ka kung gusto mong mag-table o kung gusto mong sa itaas na lang sa may "VIP Section" daw na kung anong meron doon eh hindi ko alam. :lol: Wala akong alam, niyaya lang ako ha. :colgate:

Anyway, there's now a temporary onsite shrine booth surrounded by a fence of
unpainted yero (unpainted corrugated galvanized iron sheets) with matching graffiti to boot. Classy!
