How can that mall attract potential buyers with cars or whatever when the Recto Avenue fronting it is full of street vendors? The authorities really need to move those vendors inside buildings. As of now, traffic movement is literally crawling.

That is why its imperative that they extend LRT2 to tutuban area

Traffic in Recto/Divisoria are far better than the day of Lim, It only needs planning when going to that area. Be there in the morning to avoid traffic rush and to have parking spot as well.

Many small businessmen go to divisoria to buy their merchandise. Most of them comes from the provinces and some even from mindanao. After they buy their stocks, they use the FXs to carry their goods to the bus station or the pier. Would be nice if the city govt can provide a safe, convenient public transport terminal for them. Coz as it is now, they are being harassed and abused by these taxis and are often exposed to criminal elements. Plus its not uncommon to see them run after taxi cabs. Its really a sad sad sight.

Hope this works coz 999mall is struggling. Many mainlanders have packed up and went back to china. Some went to vietnam and myanmmar. All becoz of the truck ban/port congestion thingie. And then theres the cityhall installed orange stalls on the streets and sidewalk blocking potential buyers from entering the malls.

Parking level at 4th upto 6th floor. Mall area is from 1st upto 3rd floor. Low ceiling and warm light is use to give a high end feel. Foodcourt design looks good but is rather small.
