They probably skipped counting the 13th floor so the 40th physical floor is labeled and is being sold as the 41st floor.

They are 40 storey but 13th and 14th floor numbering are skipped. 41st floor is the top residential floor, 42nd is where the pool and viewing deck are. I know 13th is bad luck, not sure what's the reason for 14th.

Any building marketed for asian buyers especially for chinese doesn't have a floor which ends in 4 like 4,14,24,34,..if I am not mistaken, the pronunciation of 4 is similar to the chinese spoken word for "death". skl.

they not tell me that lol... i just fully bought the unit so that means im on 39th floor.. can't wait for my first highrise home its a dream.
