Peninsula Homes Garden Community Rises In Paco

by MANILA BULLETIN | Wednesday | July 18, 2012 | 5:59pm

Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes recently launched its newest tower which is scheduled to be turned over in 2015. The project, a master-planned residential garden community, sprawls on a 2.1-hectare property in Paco, Manila. The eight-tower development started with the completion of its first tower and the ongoing construction work on the second and third towers. Both are slated for turnover in 2014, while the latest tower is on 2015.

During the formal launching ceremony, Alfred V. Ty, president of Federal Land, noted how the Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes is envisioned to be a garden community and kid-friendly development for the whole family.

“Manila’s secret is now out. This project is a good place to live in,” said Mr. Ty in reference to the high reception of buyers opting to own a unit at Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes.

Aside from the low-density design, lower building heights and better payment terms that the project is offering, another unique attribute of the development is its ample open spaces which are more than 50 percent of the community.

“Today, what we are offering urban-based Filipino families is a place to call their own, a secure haven where parents and their children can enjoy the amenities of garden living in the city – but at a more affordable rate and without the need for them to relocate to the suburbs.”

The development will enable the children to enjoy and cherish various play and learning activities. Safe and relaxing facilities that the kids can use during their play time will also be provided – whether they are discovering new ideas in the daycare center, swimming at the kiddie pool, reading a book by the gazebos and the garden, or playing ball games at the multi-purpose court.

There will also be venues for people who simply want to enjoy camaraderie with friends and loved ones in the comfort of their own homes. There will be an indoor game room, a multi-purpose hall and a clubhouse that can be used for various functions.

In addition, units at the project’s newest tower measures 35.2 to 36.8 sqm, and each will have a balcony. There will only be 17 units per floor and three elevators serving residents. The same tower also features an open veranda that gives residents a full view of the swimming pool, one of the many amenities there.

Dual access roads to Peninsula Garden are also available. The main access, which is the garden road, leads directly to Quirino Extension, while the secondary road is going to Peñafrancia St. Moreover, its accessibility will also allow residents to reach commercial districts such as Binondo and Makati in just a short time.

This way, parents who work in offices can still have time to bond with their kids after office hours by assisting them in their homework and playing with them. The area is also easily accessible to schools, hospitals and retail establishments.

For safety and exclusivity, the community will also have well-lighted entrance gate and perimeter fence that is complemented by a 24-hour security. An administration office will take care of the facilities for residents.

Horizon Land develops affordable yet quality, secure and family-friendly residences. It provides families an address that is in a safe environment, thoughtfully designed, and accessible.

Tita01, hindi naman. The creek underwent dredging and treatment dahil sa project ng Unilever Philippines and I think in partnership with the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission. Walking distance lang ang Unilever Philippines from Peninsula Garden. Kaya pag mapunta ka dun walang amoy maruming estero. Unilever is also surrounded by creeks and they can't afford to have creeks na puro basura.

If you're talking about the Garden Road, oo naman. Gawa na nga yun. Hindi lang updated yung sa Google map but when you go there it is already constructed.
Yup, last year pa nga natapos yun eh.
