What is most amazing is that it lacks the tackiness that's becoming so common now days in tall buildings, like in former Soviet states, Arabia and China with their ugly or too futuristic shapes and the hideous, over use of glass pain or coloured and jeweled touches like crowns, metallic spheres, spikes, chrome accents etc.
One would have expected North Korea to go that route with the same glee as their counterparts across the border and elsewhere.
