This could be useful to people looking to move to Miami. It's a website that shows you the median income for every neighborhood in America. All you do is type in the address and it finds your location. It's really helpful!

It certainly looks sketchy once you drive through its side roads. Very Little Havana-bad-neighborhood-part-like.

Yes, there is one at 9th an Pennsylvania, some of the residents will panhandle on the sidewalk right next to the building. Back in the neighborhood there are many buildings built in the 40's and 50's that have smallish apartments that are affordable for those in the service industry, and scattered throughout are new buildings with residents who can afford a much nicer place. In the neighborhood it really is not sketchy, it's only sketchy around Washington and Collins.
