Federal expands to emerging cities

Federal Land Inc. continues to expand in emerging cities in Metro Manila by building communities through one of its masterbrands, Horizon Land.
Horizon Land has developed several projects in Makati, Manila, Quezon City and Cavite. The company continues with this legacy in the cities of Marikina and Pasay as it constructs Siena Towers and Palm Beach West.

The rendering below shows a bridge to the old Blue Wave.Does this mean na gigibain yung existing Blue Wave mall or will they just renovate it and interconnect it with the new building? I live in Marikina and I often go to Blue Wave just to watch a movie.
