3 Level Parking with 700+ places. Thats pretty important for the area. I think it was a good choice to force the promoters to build the parking.

I think Nador, because the people there are much richer than in other parts of Morocco.

The problem in nador is too much conservatism, people are very closed.

marrakech is very open minded place so is casablanca mmm nador closed minded wow did not know that
also I know a friend of mine told me that he went to fez and marrakech and saw a huge difference
fez is very closed minded and marrakech is holiday international playgroud that is very open so I guess it depends where u go

Fez is like the religious capital of Morocco. Agadir, Marrakech and Casa is for superliberal people :p Women in bikini's, openly gay people etc etc.
