MEGAWORLD's St. Moritz Private Estate [mix]

Di ko gets why Megaworld still tries to use a name already owned by another group abroad. Reminds me of "The Trumps".
St. Moritz is a town popular for ski slopes in Switzerland (in fact featured in one of the old James Bond film). So whoever that group you are referring to, they can not claim exclusive use for "St. Moritz".

Hmm... "private estate " may seem misleading if it's another condo development as it can be mistaken as a subdivision project.

St. Moritz is designed by Broadway Malyan.
looks like they are now the "favoured" team with Century mall and Trump Tower in their bag of projects.. Skidmore Owings and Merill seemed to be the popular choice for so many years
Sadly again theres no work for Pinoy architectural firms
