Since the 100 acre TCS campus as well as the ASB and IIITM campuses will not generate direct jobs, the 100,000 figure may not be far from the truth unless the remaining land sees high density development. Let's see.

Design provided is that of the 25 acre Development SEZ coming up in Technopark, not of the Technocity campus.

Also the investment mentioned as 1,500 crore is trerribly wrong.

Manorama has once again shown her standard. :)
What's the point in publishing these in local news. Even people from neighboring Kollam does not know about Technocity.

Upcoming Global campus by TCS

This campus seems one of a kind among corporate learning centers and is coming up in 97 acres of land near Thonnackal, Thiruvananthapuram. With an investment of Rs. 3500 crores, it will have eight million square feet. It can accommodate and train 16,000 IT/ITeS professionals.

The architect of this campus is Richard Meier & Partners Architects LLP, New York and the Landscape design was done by Deep Roots Design.
