My ranking: 9/10 (includes bit of hometown bias) but will be higher by 2006 when there is a new tallest, smaller gap and possibly a new cluster of 200m+ towers at southbank.
EDIT (27/04/2008): Okay, it's been five and a half years since I wrote that post (I've also graduated from high school and am almost about to graduate from university in that time). Everything's become heaps better and I'd change my vote if I could.
Moscow is the Russian Capital, which became a huge city(over 9 million habitants) during the Soviet regime.
The city containts the 2st tallest free standing structurein the world(Ostanikino Tower).
The city skyline is based on beautiful churches(like the one in the red square) and wedding cake...

Canada has truly a wonderful city, a bit of European and North American style in it, which makes the city so beautiful but Montreal needs a make-over...I have said this before in my other threads LOL really though it needs another...
