Not 100m, but still a major project, on a major site, at the corner of St Kilda Rd and High Street. It gains additional prominence because the properties on the city side are pretty well guaranteed to remain low rise/sporting fields. The three towers are named after trees i.e. Anaca, Gingko and Magnolia. Magnolia, the one with the dramatic "ski-slope" profile, is the last one to go on sale. The developer is the Shakespeare Group, with the builder, Icon, starting work recently. The architects are Elenberg Fraser and there's a total of 420 apartments, with completion scheduled for early 2020.

I won't have to climb onto a brick wall to get shots for much longer, at the rate this is rising. Good to see that they're neatly numbering the levels. If only all sites did the same.
