Any update to this new Hotel? Progress?

So it is essentially going to be right beside the "Prototype" luxury condominium along side the "Address Asoke" condominium.

Every day now there are quite a few construction workers and things are beginning to progress. Not quite off the ground yet, but I say within the next 2 months or so they'll be beginning the first floor.
