,IMO only, this will NEVER be built on that very small Property next to that OLD church that's been there for over 70 Years , my Kitchen with Dinning Room :nuts: is bigger in Size :hilarious: it's not that much space for a 43Floor Tower of anything there, it's a Gas station Garage size :lol:
