I went down to the site today and found the project superintendent on site. He said the project would include 4 buildings that would be 548 feet tall. One Paraiso will be on the bay between 31st and 32nd Streets.

Three Related Towers Break Ground, One Launches, & One Tops Off, Tomorrow

Tomorrow is just one of those big days, like the day that Baltus House and Marea both broke ground and the day... well, there are other examples... when the Related Group piles on the groundbreakings/launch parties, etc. for maximum wow factor. Tomorrow, the two-towered Brickell Heights is breaking ground, along with Paraiso Bay. Oh, and then Karim Rashid's Paraiso Bayviews is launching, and Icon Bay is officially topping off.

Now Under Construction: 57-Story SLS Lux, 53-Story One Paraiso

Another two towers have been added to the list of projects under construction after Related Group broke ground today on SLS Lux and One Paraiso. The 57-story SLS Lux will include 450 residences and 95 hotel suites. It is being built across the street from Brickell City Centre and Brickell Heights, both of which are under construction.
