Turnberry, owned by the Soffer family, will launch sales later this year for a 52-story condo building called Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles Beach. Construction will begin in early 2015.
Turnberry Ocean Club will be built at 18501 Collins Avenue, on what is currently a beach club. A sales center will open on the site this fall, before moving across the street to make way for construction. 150 units will be offered for sales, with prices ranging from $3 million to $22 million.

Sunny Isles Beach commissioners voted last week to approve Jeffery Soffer and Turnberry’s plan to build a 52-story, 649-foot tall condo tower designed by architect Carlos Zapata.
A sales center for the project, to be called Turnberry Ocean Club, will open in September at the project site located at 18501 Collins Avenue.
Miami's luxury condo market just keeps on going, as yet another tower was just announced in Sunny Isles Beach this week called Turnberry Ocean Club.
According to Jeffery Soffer, CEO and Chairman of Turnberry Associates, Turnberry Ocean Club will be latest luxury condominium to pop up in the Florida real estate market. The exclusive residential condominium tower located at 18501 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles, Florida will be priced from $3 million to $22 million and sales are expected to launch in fall of this year.
Turnberry Ocean Club will feature 154 residences ranging from 2,750 to 10,000 square feet and rises 649 feet into the skyline with 52 residential floors highlighting the brand's private club prestige. At sea level, a resort-style infinity pool will cascade into the ocean while owners enjoy the private pool and beach cabanas. Its three-level private club set approximately 300' above sea level includes a Hammam spa, massage rooms, infinity edge pools, wine room, private dining, gym and fitness areas, relaxation room, locker rooms and library.

Demolition began last week at the Sunny Isles site where Turnberry Ocean Club will soon begin construction.
Developer Turnberry has already applied for a construction permit to build the 54-story tower designed by architect Carlos Zapata, at 18501 Collins Ave. It is directly next door to the Porsche Design Tower which recently topped off.
