Forgot to make a thread for this outstanding Extell project. Not quite as ambitious as the others along the street, but still significant.

turns out this won't be residential, but a far less ambitious boutique office tower.

Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Cain International (Cain) have completed the acquisition of 125 West 57th Street with Calvary Baptist Church.

Demolition is progressing at 123 West 57th Street, site of a 26-story office building from Alchemy Properties and ABR Partners in Midtown, Manhattan.
