Midtown takes URB decision to Supreme Court
The Midtown is taking the URB's decision on the midtown development to the supreme court of NS. The hearings have started today. I hope they win because that will be a serious blow to these heritage groups.

They say the URB was heavy handed and has taken the revelence out of city council to make decisions. Sooo true... Whats the point of city council making decisions on development when the URB can just over turn it.
I'm not a huge fan of the Midtown proposal, but it's the principle that counts here
