Part of the mixed-use development Cascina Merlata, located nearby the future MIND-Milano Innovation District and served by public transport, the Città Contemporanea is an eco-sustainable project overlooking a 250,000 sqm (820,210 sqft) public park. It consists of three residential towers, low-rise buildings with different sizes of apartments, and a series of amenities for the residents.
