Matt, it looks very thriving for such a tiny settlement. Is that 'cos it's close enough to the beach that it's in that area of Sussex that's kind of generally under ongoing development? It seems that part of Sussex is full of villages and municipalities that are all sort of blending together.

I'm personally hoping, however, that the current economic and real estate market circumstances will favour my being able to pick up a small condo near Rehoboth at a sweet price sometime soon.

Yes, Millville is in the beach area, and so it is growing as the land in this area is developed for retirees. Millville's borders are actually very big; like other Sussex County communities, they are expanding their borders to include the modern developments already built or to sort-of broker the undeveloped land and pay for services. Despite having a large size, Millville didn't have too much that was interesting. There weren't even any subdivisions to photograph to show what is already there. Apparently Millville will be the next built-up place, in 5 years or so, it looks like.
