I agree, Spalovač Mrtvol is great film. I like also " Čtyři vraždy stačí, drahoušku" (Four Murders are enough, dear; 1970) by Oldřich Lipský..

See my post #3 for where to buy them (probably other outlets in English also if you do a web search). Many DVDs are now with English subtitles. Vrchni, prchni! (about a guy who impersonates a waiter) is very funny, one of my favourites. Tri orisky pro popelku (Cinderella) a classic favourite for kids (and not so young).
