Those business-related ministry should remain in KL due to its role as a business-friendly city.

I think the Naza megaproject is the greens you see, next to Matrade too. So many projects there and the area is quite huge if you see from wikimapia.

^^ I dont understand what is the point of it being a 'green building',maybe by Malaysian standards but if by international standards they will be laughing at us...apelah diaorg ni semua,if its a green building, they should prove it by every detail of the building, not just by words...:eek:hno:

Mr Victor: The concept of green doesn't mean a building must be in colour of greeb, maybe it is only part of it, add up with another characters: energy saving building - example Pusat Tenaga Hijau di Bangi:

no electrical devices used for lighting...

MITI Old building

MITI New Building....

And i am always proud to be part of MITI

^^ Of course a green building has not to be in 'green' color to prove that its green, the most important is previewing its high-tech features, yes, there are environment friendly building in Malaysia, just that they are not well recognized or doesnt meet international standards in some demands.Yes a great example is the Pusat Tenaga Hijau in Bangi.Energy saving done at its best, but there are other things that they can preserve too, like uses reproduced water (which is known as greywater system),adding more outdoor gardens at certain floors,or reduces the use of hazardous materials which can threat the environment in some ways.Interior temperature control is important too, where they can use less air-conditioning to reduce tons of CO2.

The Goldis Tower is indeed green but im really looking forward to 348's Sentral completion, hopefully its promising.
