MISC | Pre-accesibility elevator installations

Around the developed world, elevators are standard on overground and underground stations because of accesibilty related legislation. The idea is to list in this thread such stations that had elevators before such legislation was passed, in the US, for example, this would be stations that had them before the ADA, and in my country (Australia), before the commonwealth DDA.
